Wallowa County ARES®/RACES
The Wallowa County Amateur Radio Emergency Service, otherwise known as WC ARES®, is an organization composed of local amateur radio operators. In addition, the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES) works with local and state ARES groups to provide communication services to local, state, and federal government agencies.
